When you first reach out to me by phone or email, I will reply to you by phone to learn a bit more about your interests or concerns, and to share some further details about my way of working.
If we decide together to set up an appointment, I will gather some basic details, including your contact information and insurance provider, and we will identify a day and time that works best.
Prior to the first appointment, I will send you a welcome packet that includes some introductory forms and directions to my office.
My office is located in the Regus suites at 1990 Main Street in downtown Sarasota, across the street from the courthouse. You can park for free for up to two hours in the attached parking garage, which is accessible on Ringling Boulevard.
When we initially speak by phone, we can discuss fees and the payment process. The private pay rate per session (50 minutes) is $200. I am a credentialed provider through Headway and the following insurance plans are accepted: Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Quest Behavioral Health and Carelon Behavioral Health. I can also provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider if you choose to seek reimbursement for out-of-network services.
When we set up an initial appointment, I will send you an email through my billing company, Headway, to create an account so we can verify your insurance prior to the initial appointment.
